Service Description
Enjoy 9 weeks of thematic lessons, aligned to TEKS (the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) specific to your students' outgoing and upcoming grade level to provide a refreshing review, as well as a jump-start for the year to come. Each lesson follows our 10 step "Excellence Expectancy" protocol to ensure that students are thrust into a new level of learning. Thematic topics include: All About Seasons/Day and Night All About Me/Human Body Let's Explore/Bugs/Magnets Dinosaurs/Life Cycles My Country/America and Texas History My World/Planets Wonderful Water/Sink or Float I Can Do Anything Weird, But True/Research Some lessons will include an excursion to a local site for a hands on component. All scholars are invited to attend. Dates and times will be provided upon registration.
